The call center company later changed its name to e - Telecare Global Soltions in 2004.  Before taking any exams required by their state, they should pass the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency examination (FPGEE), Test of English as being a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and Test of Spoken English (TSE) exams.  This can be a common occurrence as January 1 kicks off a brand new year of pharmacy benefits and beneficiaries are stuck (with minor exceptions needless to say called qualifying life events or QLEs) before next open enrollment season in November.
