Most physiologists required a Ph - D degree and licensing.  Before taking any exams essental to their state, they need to pass the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency examination (FPGEE), Test of English like a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and Test of Spoken English (TSE) exams.  This is a common occurrence as January 1 kicks off a fresh year of pharmacy benefits and beneficiaries are kept in (with minor exceptions of course called qualifying life events or QLEs) before the next open enrollment season in November.
