In order to be eligible for federal loans a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) have to be completed and aid is granted based upon student need, tuition rates in the college, as well as other factors.  I must add, I have never had just about any emotional disorder in my life and am a skeptic of anti-depressants.
