Most patients were paying a high income for their insurance and were often upset when their prescriptions required a $50 co-pay, or they had not met their $4,000 deductable and must spend the money for entire cost out-of-pocket.  Ask the managers with the places where you enjoy shopping if they offer these kinds of programs, if you aren't already frequenting CVS and Winn-Dixie.  Instead, I simply copied the url and pasted it into my browser window, and created exactly what I knew I would- another "Canadian Pharmacy" web site.
